Store policies



Orders can only be placed online or via the phone. Please email or call 205-208-9966 with any questions regarding your order. Orders are shipped at least twice per week, but we do not ship on holidays. 

Backorder & Out of Stock Items:

We will notify you of any back-ordered items within several business days of order placement, at which time you may choose to wait for item(s) or cancel order. If you opt for refund, all money and applicable shipping fees will be refunded to original card. 

USA Standard Shipping Rates:

Orders shipping within the continental US ship via USPS or UPS, at our discretion. Shipping is free on all domestic orders. 

International Shipping Rates:

International orders ship via USPS or UPS, at our discretion. Shipping is $20 for all orders shipped internationally.  Any applicable import tax or duty is the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local Customs Office for info regarding duty.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for exchange or store credit on returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt of item(s). For accuracy and efficiency, all returned items must have an Return Authorization Number (RA#) written on the exterior of the parcel and attached with a note inside the parcel with buyer's contact information. RA# can be obtained by emailing

Items on sale are considered Final Clearance and are non-returnable. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with any applicable tags attached. Items for exchange or store credit must be shipped back insured and with tracking number at buyer's cost. Exchange items are subject to shipping and handling fees and buyer is responsible for shipping back the original item.
